I host limited edition art print drops throughout the year and the art tends to sell out after a few hours. Because these are all limited edition, numbered prints, I don't reprint any of them, but I will be producing more artwork in the future, so please be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on upcoming art availability.

Shipping Information

I package all artwork flat in museum-quality archival sleeves, sandwiched in between two pieces of cardboard to keep it safe. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via First Class Mail and ought to arrive in 1-5 days once the order is packaged. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way to you. Models will be packaged in double walled boxes and arrive in a protective plastic sleeve.
I have just started shipping internationally via USPS Priority Mail International which ought to arrive in 6-10 business days. If you're after a more affordable option, First Class International is available, but it can take much longer to arrive (7-21 business days). It's important to me that I'm still able to ship the artwork flat, so international orders will arrive in boxes.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer, additional charges for customs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, I am unable to control these fees or estimate them for each country
Art prints ship FREE to all domestic addresses. For models, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and will depend on your location and the shipping option that you choose.

International shipping costs will be determined by current USPS Priority Mail rates. I'm sorry if it ends up being expensive to ship to your home country! I wish I could provide cheaper rates, but international shipping is expensive these days!
Ritter Goods is a one man operation, so it may take me 1-4 days to package your order up, and then it will take 1-5 days for USPS to bring you your package depending on your location. International orders shipped Priority will arrive in 6-10 business days, while the budget First Class International option can take up to 7-21 business days to arrive. I appreciate your understanding and patience.
All orders will ship from Southern California.

Orders and Returns

All orders will receive a tracking number once they have shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the number that will allow you to track your shipment with USPS. It may take some time for the USPS to initially scan the number into their system so don't be worried if you don't see any updates at first.
If you haven't received your order and/or there is a problem with your tracking number, I would be happy to look into it for you. You may email me at Andrew@RitterGoods.com
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To make a return, email Andrew@RitterGoods.com . Items must be in their original packaging and condition. I will process the refund or exchange as soon as I receive the returned merchandise. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Although I do my best to package orders carefully and it is quite rare, it's possible that an order may get banged up as it makes its way across the globe. If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage and let me know at Andrew@RitterGoods.com - I will work to replace the damaged item for you.

Payments

I process your payment when the order is placed and it is processed through Shopify's secure checkout platform.
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay through the Shopify Payment platform.

Artwork

I render all of my 3D Illustrations in a program called Blender. It's a wonderful, open source program that has been developed by a large community of fellow art enthusiasts.
I develop each model from the ground up and it takes anywhere from 40-60 hours depending on the complexity of the car.
